We integrate and automate the most popular eCommerce and CRM apps for fast-growing brands running on NetSuite and Celigo

We're growing our Latam-based team and are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead and guide complex integration projects. While prior experience with Celigo is a plus, a deep understanding of NetSuite processes is essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design & Implement Custom Integrations: Work with clients to design tailored integration solutions using NetSuite and Celigo’s integrator.io iPaaS, aligning closely with business needs and operational goals.

  • Own and Lead Integration Projects: Manage project lifecycles, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful outcomes that meet client expectations.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct discovery sessions, gather and analyze business requirements, and provide strategic guidance on best practices within NetSuite and Celigo.

  • Educate and Train: Lead training sessions for clients, advising on the strategic use of Celigo products for optimal ROI.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project execution and an exceptional client experience.

  • Voice of the Customer: Advocate for clients internally, contributing insights for product enhancements that meet practical, real-world needs.

  • Drive Client Success: Work with internal teams to design proactive client journeys, maximizing the value and effectiveness of Celigo products.

Who You Are:

  • NetSuite ERP Expert: 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementations or support, with expertise to Cash and Inventory processes.

  • SaaS Application Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and eCommerce platforms like Shopify.

  • Functional Skillset: Strong understanding of application integration and process flows, with experience in gathering and translating requirements into effective solutions.

  • Leadership and Communication: Proven experience in project management, mentoring team members, and building strong client relationships.

  • Problem Solver: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Professional and Adaptable: Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability, even under pressure, in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

  • Startup Experience: Experience in a startup or product development environment is highly valued.
