TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (REMOTE- LATAM)

We integrate and automate the most popular eCommerce and CRM apps for fast-growing brands running on NetSuite and Celigo

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end integration projects, primarily leveraging NetSuite and Celigo's integrator.io platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Your role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, bringing structure, communication, and leadership to every engagement.

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycles, from kickoff to post-go-live support.

  • Coordinate technical teams and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

  • Design integration solutions using NetSuite and iPaaS tools (preferably Celigo).

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal process improvement.

  • Conduct training sessions and advise clients on best practices.

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.

  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product enhancements.

  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (implementations or support).

  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Inventory processes.

  • Proven experience in technical project management.

  • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, SFTP, Postman, etc.).

  • Experience with CRM and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify).

  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.

  • Ability to lead multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

  • Startup or SaaS experience is a big plus.

  • English: Advanced or bilingual level.
