Canadian startup pioneering a new approach to veterinary consultation documentation. The company has developed an AI-powered veterinary scribe system that aims to set a new standard in the industry. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing Canadian startup focused on developing innovative products that create significant impact in our industry. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring world-class products to market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and deliver exceptional products.
  • Create and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Drive product strategy, define key metrics, and measure product success.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation, continuously iterating based on feedback and data.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product features are aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on goals, timelines, and key performance indicators.
  • Be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs throughout the product development process.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a startup environment with a focus on product development.
  • Strong experience in developing and launching successful products, with the ability to drive strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A solid understanding of agile product development methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a startup culture.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working in a tech startup or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • A background in UX/UI or working closely with design teams.
