Our company is looking for a Software Support Engineer I to join our fast-paced Product Team. You will be part of a groundbreaking team working with our product in the digital marketing industry. You will become an expert in our product and help us improve the experience of our customers. You will support our client, diagnose the root cause analysis skills to diagnose and solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers professionally. Analyzing recurrent problems you will suggest improvements to the Product by working closely with the Product Team.
