  • Responsable de la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento del software y hardware de red, diagnóstico y solución de problemas.
  • Gestionar y administrar los dispositivos de la red Interna, redes WAN,redes inalámbricas y dispositivos de seguridad.
  • Atención de incidentes y seguimiento con gestión en sistema de tickets.
  • Mantener las configuraciones de Hardening de todos los dispositivos instalados conforme a las configuraciones establecidas.
  • Brindar soporte a usuarios de aplicaciones e instalación nuevas versiones.
  • Generación de reportes.
  • Seguimiento reporte de fallas de proveedor terciario.
  • Manejo de proveedores de tecnología y comunicaciones.
  • Manejo de redes sociales

  • Conocimientos de sistemas operativos de Servidores y Estaciones de trabajo Microsoft (Windows Server 2016 o superior y Windows 10)
  •  Manejo de proveedores de tecnología y comunicaciones.
  • Manejo de redes sociales
