As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines. This role is responsible for ensuring that data is efficiently extracted, transformed, and published for internal and external consumption. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, optimize ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable data products.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to process, transform, and publish structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy throughout the data publishing lifecycle.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Publish datasets for use in analytics, and API integrations.
  • Work with APIs, cloud storage solutions, and databases to deliver data to internal and external consumers.
  • Implement data versioning and governance strategies to ensure traceability and consistency.
  • Develop data validation and anomaly detection mechanisms to identify and resolve dat inconsistencies.
  • Monitor data pipelines and automate failure recovery processes to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure data meets business needs and quality standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and external data providers to acquire and integrate new data sources.Document data workflows, schemas, and transformation processes for transparency and future scalability.
  • Implement data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory adherence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including tools like S3, Databricks, Redshift, or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, or AWS Glue.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and schema design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working in the Powersports, Marine, or RV industries is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
