We integrate and automate the most popular eCommerce and CRM apps for fast-growing brands running on NetSuite and Celigo

We're growing our Latam-based team and are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to lead and execute complex integration projects. While prior experience with Celigo is a plus, a deep understanding of NetSuite processes is essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design & Implement Custom Integrations: Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored integration solutions using NetSuite and Celigo’s integrator.io iPaaS.

  • Own and Lead Integration Projects: Oversee project lifecycles, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Engage with Clients: Conduct discovery calls, gather business and technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on best practices in NetSuite and Celigo.

  • Educate and Train: Lead training sessions and advise clients strategically on using Celigo products for maximum return on investment.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project execution and optimal client experience.

  • Voice of the Customer: Advocate for clients internally, helping shape product improvements to meet real-world needs.

  • Drive Client Success: Partner with teams to develop proactive client journeys, enhancing the value and effectiveness of Celigo products.

Who You Are:

  • NetSuite ERP Expert: 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementations or Support, with expertise in Order to Cash and Inventory processes.

  • SaaS Application Knowledge: Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and eCommerce platforms like Shopify

  • Technical Skillset: A background in development or engineering with an understanding of application integration technologies. (Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, etc)

  • Leadership and Communication: Proven experience in project management, mentoring team members, and interacting effectively with clients.

  • Problem Solver: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Professional and Adaptable: Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability, even under pressure, in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

  • Startup Experience: Experience in a startup or product development environment is highly valued.
